The Seed Foundation is a Federal non-profit organization, Public 501(c)(3). We create summer camps (like Arizona) for Inner City children who need to learn love and responsibility through specific programs. A 13 yr. old boy once told me, "Carl, we don't want to be ignored; we want to be told what to do and learn." We'll have animals (horses are donated by the U.S. government) for the children to take care of and learn responsibility. The Seed Foundation plans to expand on this because we would like to have Juniors and Seniors ~ a place where young and old help each other. The Seed Foundation is looking forward to having multiple bases.

What is offered is to hear what you say and to act on it. Say what you mean and mean what you say. If your idea has merit, you will find support in The Seed Foundation. If you have the courage to stand up and proclaim what you want to happen, we are behind you. The Seed Foundation wants to know what you think.

The Seed Foundation offers a wide range of services designed to increase mental health and restore and/or maintain physical well being all in an atmosphere of unconditional love. We are working on understanding our own motives ~ we are working on trying to understand ourselves. We are learning to understand others' motives. Let us create a logical stepping stone for ourselves that even a child understands instead of violence that begets violence.

Currently, two limited satelite "Wellness Center" sites are operating. One is in Mesa, Arizona and the other West Babylon, New York. Also, currently numerous health seminars are held around the country headed up by Research Scientist, Yu-Shlaw Chen, PhD. We also work for the benefit of the elderly, abused women and children, and orphans.

Our Mission is never-ending. What joins us is far more common that what separates us ~ "our children outliving us is a beginning". The Seed Foundation has a plan and The Seed Foundation does not make money from war and death. The Seed Foundation gives "hope" because the lack of hope will kill just as surely as bombs.

The Seed Foundation's mission is to advance the dignity of children and youth around the world. Something to remember: right now, a child under 5 dies every 3 seconds because they lack simple vaccinations and medications, adequate food and clean water. This isn't a game about survival. These statistics represent real poverty. It doesn't have to be this way, does it?

We have grown and we will be remembered for the day we stood up and proclaimed, "It starts with us ~ the seed of Earth ~ the Seed Foundation". This is our mission statement, proclaiming that we have faith in humanity. If we put our minds to it at a global intensity, individuals that they/we/I/us can create exponential good. The only obstacle stopping us is our thinking we are helpless individuals.
